Neat NEAT 1015, 1984 Original, version with Utopia in both run-outs. Textured gatefold sleeve has exterior surface rippling but otherwise okay, fold-out insert shows handling wear, also includes rare merch sheet, this has creasing & a tear from one corner. Vinyl has small marks causing some clicks on side 2, not really audible during music and otherwise okay.
