United Artists Records/EMI Records ULP 1142 1966. UK MONO original in front laminated, flipback sleeve. Black label version with "Sold in U.K. subject..." Made in GT.. Britain inc PVC lined period inner sleeve. Slight damage to top middle front cover, fairly minor.

Front laminated sleeve with light age fade to back and a dedication peened to top. Fine surface marks to vinyl which may be slightly audible. Factory sample sticker to label. Comes with a new plain white inner sleeve. UK. United Artists-SULP 1142. 1966.
