German COC 59100, 1973 reissue with working large zipper with PAN inscription, belt flap has a small crease & the 1cm top flap is missing but overall the sleeve is in reasonable condition & has the insert, disc labels with A PROMOTONE N.V. RECORD label text, disc has some light marks. Sleeve & insert have small stickered attached. If you are looking for a particular zipper design please email for a photo.
