US A&M SP-4179, original 1969 Pitman pressin in heavy card sleeve with paper A&M artists inner, tan labels with white background trumpet A&M logo, artist name above title at 12 o'clock position, P in run-outs, sleeve has moderate wear & top seam split neatly repaired with tape, bottom seam & a small area of the spine have similar, smaller repairs, disc is decent & looks only lightly used
