Warner Bros K56411. Comes with A4 press wallet - appears to be signed by Frank Farley, Johnny Spence & Mick Green - containing 3 b&w photos, fold-out A3 printed press release - this has a small surface tear and there are small pin holes in the wallet, photos and press sheet.
