Original Factory FACT75 with die-cut sleeve and inner. A1/B1 "strawberry" matrix. Sleeve and inner are in good shape but unfortunately the record has a deep scratch across the first two tracks causing constant heavy clicking. Does play through with lots of weight on the needle but not great. Other 6 tracks play Ex and if you wanted one of those tracks in particular or a better sleeve this could still be useful.
