Threshold THS 5, 1971 issue with purple labels, P-1W/P-2W matrices, with lyric insert (Ex). Textured gatefold sleeve with "Insert included" printed on back cover, this has a faint sticker mark, light ringwear, okay overall. Very clean vinyl.
