Gatefold stickered envelope sleeve, cut out item with corner clipped, 4 small punch holes to corner and through 12 x 12 inch 5 page colour photo booklet. Lyric inner sleeve. Just a few faint fine surface marks to vinyl. Comes with additional new plain white inner sleeve. US. Neighborhood Records-NRS 47005. 1972.
