US Sub Pop SP571, 2002, with gimmick sleeve in PVC outer cover. Number 643 / 2000. Pop-up sleeve is intact except it has picked up a touch of ring wear. Plastic outer is fine, as is the vinyl. Very hard to find in the UK.
