UK original Apple Records SAPCOR 2 with 2A-1 / 2B-1 matrix and white Apple company inner sleeve. Conservatively graded, is a stronger Vg+ copy. The thin laminated sleeve has picked up light creasing like a lot do, but there is no serious damage of any sort. The record has got lots of very light and fine marks showing it's been played a fair bit, but again there is no heavy damage. Very rare in the UK now.
