1980 UK First issue RCA Records black labels BOWLPW-A-3 no insert

Original Dutch RCA PL 13647 which has a nice lyric inner sleeve instead of the UK style insert. All fine except there is quite a heavy mark at the very start of side 1 which causes noise on the run-in but doesn't affect the music.
