Reaction 593003, original 1967 UK first mono issue in front-laminated sleeve, blue labels with silver text, A//1 / B//1 matrices, sleeve has just light wear, pretty close to Ex condition, disc has some hairlines and light marks and generally plays Ex-, there is a heavier mark on "Blue Condition" which causes a few clicks at the start but is mostly superficial
