Dutch CBS 86003,1976 issue with card photo/credits inner, sunburst labels with boxed BIEM/STEMRA & side no. at three o'clock position, -3L/-2B matrices, sleeve has a small tear to the top right front corner, inner & disc are in decent Ex condition
