Original Canadian stereo, Philips PHS 600-264 with red labels. Includes original company inner sleeve. Hard card sleeve decent. Record has various light marks and one deeper one across the first couple of tracks that gives occasional clicks and pops, but not so loud that they overwhelm the music so it's still very listenable.
