Laminated G & L sleeve with no flaps some shelf and light spine wear which doesn't affect text, with drain showing at bottom front of sleeve, Her Majesty not stated on sleeve. Plain white inner sleeve. This version is the "first label, revised cover" version. Dark green labels with a whole apple on the A-side label and a half, sliced-open apple on B-side. The labels have the "(An E.M.I. Recording)" text on two lines and small "33 1/3" text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with a small ℗ symbol. The B-side label does not have "Her Majesty" credits.
