Fame FA 4130811, 1983 Compilation reissue. "Fame" has been tippexed out at the top right corner(!) and there is a name tag glued to the rear at the bottom, but otherwise the sleeve looks fine. Record appears hardly played so if you just want a cheap playing copy this is perfect.
