We are a group of enthusiastic UK record dealers bringing you a huge selection of second hand UK pressing vinyl records and CDs online. We have thousands of rare items across 18 categories which makes us nearly unique as most other sites tend to specialize in one genre or another. We have great lists of punk, metal, reggae, indie, 60s, soul and dance, as well as a specialist list for Beatles, Stones and Queen collectors. We even have a list for comedy and soundtracks.

January 6th 2009 : First of all we would like to wish each and every one of our customers a happy new year, and thank them for making December 2008 the best month Vinylnet has ever had! Because of the amount of recent sales we have had to make a big effort to add as many new items as possible and sure enough we can announce one of our biggest EVER updates with well over EIGHT HUNDRED new items added to the site! Happy browsing!
December 9th 2008 : A large update again with 550 new items added to our database. The largest update to a section this time is on the 70s rock list with over 120 new items added to that list alone. The Pop, 60s and Soundtracks list have also got more than their fair share. There is still time to order for Xmas, and the Pound is still at all-time lows against most major currencies making it incredibly cheap for you overseas customers. So don't wait too long if you see a nice item, it will more than likely go otherwise!
November 20th 2008 : 400 new items added to our database, a quick update slipped in before Xmas! The reggae and Alternative 80s lists have large updates this time, but there are new items spread all across the site as usual. The sad news this time is closure of our shop in St Andrews; this was not due to lack of customers - click the St Andrews shop link for further details. Please note our new office address, given on the site help page.
November 7th 2008 : A BIG pre-Xmas update with nearly 650 new items. We welcome a new seller whose items will be listed under the code "EC", and he has started by adding a lot of interesting new Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney items amongst others. There is also a large update to the 80's and Indie pages with bands such as The Smiths & The Fall increasing their numbers significantly. We also have to mention again that the Pound has continued to fall against all major currencies and this is a fantastic time for overseas customers to pick up bargains, particularly when you take advantage of our discount scheme and order 5 items or more. October 17th 2008 : Database updated with 300 new items. A small piece of bad news is that we have had to increase postal charges slightly - although most of these increases are focused on the "extra items" prices, so single LP rates to the UK and the "Rest Of The World" actually stay the same. It has become more expensive for us to post to European destinations, but the increase is just as much to do with the price of packaging as this. Check the help page for full details.
