Welcome to Vinylnet
Welcome to Vinylnet, one of the UK's foremost collectable vinyl record and cd stores with over 48,000 items currently for sale.
We are a group of enthusiastic UK record dealers bringing you a huge selection of second hand UK pressing vinyl records and CDs online. We have thousands of rare items across 18 categories which makes us nearly unique as most other sites tend to specialize in one genre or another. We have great lists of punk, metal, reggae, indie, 60s, soul and dance, as well as a specialist list for Beatles, Stones and Queen collectors. We even have a list for comedy and soundtracks.
Please use the music genre list to the left to choose a category or use the navigation bar links to find out more about Vinylnet and our services.

Latest news at Vinylnet
May 5th 2008 : A larger update this time, nearly 650 new items added to our database! 150 of these are on the metal list - we have just picked up an interesting collection of thrash and black metal and there is lots of new stuff of near mint quality. There are more to be added next time too. Note there is currently a glitch with updating the matches on the discography pages - hopefully this will be sorted in the next 48 hours or so. The Decca label discography continues to grow - we have almost reached the Rolling Stones!
April 15th 2008 : Just under 350 new items added to our database. We continue to expand our record label discographies section, the newest addition being 4AD Records. We have completed the Creation Records discography up until the end of 1995 which covers most of the vinyl releases, but we may go back and add more at a later date. Also customers of our Edinburgh shop should note we are now on a summer opening schedule, ie we are open 7 days a week, from 11 to 5 on a Sunday and 10.30 to 6 all other days.
March 26th 2008 : 400 new items added to our database this time. There are some particularly interesting new items on the punk lists as well as many others across the whole site. The Pound continues to fall, especially against the Euro and Yen, reaching new lows at the end of last week. So prices have never been cheaper for those of you wanting to buy collectables from the UK!
March 7th 2008 : A bigger update this time with nearly 450 new items added to our pages. Apologies for the slight delay - various members of staff have been ill with a particularly unpleasant virus! On a happier note, we have received some nice compliments about the discography pages in recent weeks, and it is good to know the efforts are appreciated. They are proving very popular with the Postcard page alone getting nearly 1000 hits last week after the BBC4 documentary on the label. We have just started on our biggest project yet - Decca 7" singles. We have done about 300 up to now - only 2700 to go!
February 15th 2008 : 300 new items this update, with some excellent condition and particularly rare 60s items included. Fans of the Beatles, Kinks & Deep Purple should check the new items on the relevant lists. We have also started on the Track Records and Fontana Records discographies, both of which should be very popular as we can't find complete listings anywhere else on the net. Keep checking back for regular updates on these pages, and other collectable labels we will be starting soon. Also note the search facility has been improved - the search engine results now list from the beginning of the relevant artist.
