Record collections wanted!
Do you have a record collection to sell? We are interested in viewing all quality collections of second hand vinyl located anywhere on the UK mainland. We know from experience we nearly always offer more than most of our competitors - send us a list and see for yourself. We also buy CD collections. Obviously we are happy to travel to view large collections, but bear in mind one of our buyers is based in Scotland, another in Manchester, one in West Yorkshire and the last in Mid-Wales. So if you are in London, Kent or Devon/Cornwall etc we will only be interested in large quantities of items - realistically we are talking 700+. Please take this warning seriously - we do not buy by post and the journey has to be worthwhile.
We are particularly interested in finding collections of:
Rare punk, new wave, mod revival
Death metal, Black metal, Thrash, Earache etc
Northern soul, rare US soul
Progressive and psychedelic rock
90's & 00's Indie, grunge
60's Ska & Reggae
Beatles, Stones, Kinks, Small Faces etc
Autographs, memorabilia etc of any quality bands and artists
So please bear in mind if you have 50 or so scratched Bread, Eagles and Robert Palmer lps you are probably wasting your time making a list. Ditto Mario Lanza, Engelbert Humperdink, Jim Reeves etc We also do not consider DJ collections as a matter of policy as condition is paramount to us when buying.
If you do send us a list, we prefer Excel or Access to Word or similar packages. It is handy to be able to sort and total easily. And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't forget to tell us where you are...! A list of items is useless to us without knowing how far away they are. In fact we get so many lists sometimes we will not have time to respond to people who do not give their location - apologies, but you have been warned!
